The Meaning of Life in 3 Steps

Whether you realize it or not, we are all searching for the meaning of life. You are driving down the road, and
all of the sudden you wonder: what is the purpose of life? Excellent question, and without this inquiry you would find yourself dying
feeling you missed out on life. Here are the three steps to begin the search for the meaning of life:
Step 1: Healing your history
Without a little soul searching, you will have a hard time healing your wounds. While it is are to do this, it is
critical to your growth. You may have been living with stress and grief all of your life, and it is time to be free.
Books and reflection can help you do this on your own, however you may benefit further using
therapy. It is common to have to look around before you find the right person to help you.
2: Find yourself
You are under there somewhere, though you may be hard to find. It will require your attention to really discover
yourself. Be aware of your preferences, and try to understand why you have them. If you have a strong emotional
to something, try to understand why. Consider what you liked as a child. Can you think of things that
to excite you in the past. Many people have become lost trying to live in this world, but you cannot really live
until you are truly found.
3rd Step: Aligning with yourself
This is where you take action, matching your desires with your reality. This requires some hard work. You may
find people resist you making yourself a priority. It is critical that you be
true to yourself, and this requires you to do what you want. And have what you want.
And being what you really want to be. Make what you imagine for yourself become real. Making these
changes now, even though it is uncomfortable, because there will never be a right time.
The meaning of life is unique to each individual. It is clear that the most important purpose of life is to really
be fully lived. It is not about simply waking up in the morning. It is not just existing. You have to be present in the moment in order for you
not reach the end of it and find you were dead all along.
