Finding Bankruptcy Alternatives

We posted an article today titled Alternatives to Bankruptcy. Many people find that since the new Bankruptcy Law passed in 2005 it is not as easy to file for bankruptcy.
But sadly this still has not dropped the filing rate. More americans than ever are drowning in debt with little hope of ever getting out. Statistics from 2004 show that more than 1.5 million bankruptcies were filed in the US, many of whom were trying to beat the new filing deadline.
There are alternatives to bankruptcy, if you are truly looking for a way out. You need to sit down and take a good hard look at your financial situation and explore all your options before making a decision. It may take some time but you can overcome your debt and live a financially secure life.
